About Chan

24 year-old self-taught artist whose only just recently put out my art out for the world to see. I get most my inspiration from things like anime, nature, and personal appreciation for the fact that I can be as original and bizarre with my art as I please. I've always been a hyperactive oddball with an optimistic and creative soul. I have a huge appreciation for color & how it seems like there’s endless hues & shades to experience. I'm hopeful that's seen in what I create. If I could describe my style it would be a mix of Finding Waldo and Pochahontas. I love to use small intricate details so my goal is to try to always have something you need to really look for to find, and then after that you're still not sure if you've seen it all. I compare my work to Pochahontas because I use her "paint with all the colors of the wind" technique. I fade vibrant colors throughout most of my art to create a cosmic enchanting feel to it. Not all my art follows that style let alone may not be everyone's cup of tea but regardless if you plan to buy my art or not I genuinely appreciate any comments, compliments, or criticism.  I'm very happy to have art in my life and I hope others would be happy having mine as well.
